    About Us

    Mangrove Therapy Group

Mangrove Therapy Group is a psychotherapy practice based out of east Delray Beach that prides itself on providing effective, trauma-informed care. We chose Mangroves (known for their roots) to represent our practice because of our belief that change is all about getting at the core roots in therapy. We are a collaboration of highly trained therapists of varying personalities, styles, and experience levels who are passionate about helping clients work through their struggles and heal from their emotional and psychological wounds. We hope to create a diverse team of professionals who are all dedicated to clinical excellence and integrity.

    Trauma and Addiction

    We Provide Trauma-Informed Care

Our specialty practice emphasizes trauma-informed care as a necessity within the mental healthcare profession. When a company is “trauma-informed”, they take into consideration the impact trauma and adversity has had on a client, incorporating this awareness into every aspect of their operations. Trauma-informed care is a paradigm shift from thinking “what’s wrong with you” to “what happened to you”, acknowledging the role neglect and trauma plays in creating psychological distress and impairment. Mangrove Therapy Group makes all attempts at fostering this dynamic in our culture, treatment, and service.
